Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Elite Vision Group platform ("Service") at elitevisiongroup.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free accounts and paid subscribers.

2. The Service

Elite Vision Group provides an AI prompt engineering platform ("Prompt with Power") that transforms user-submitted text prompts into structured, framework-optimized instructions using proprietary methodologies including CO-STAR, METAPROMPT, EXECUTIVE, and AGENTIC frameworks. Output quality depends on input quality and the AI model you direct prompts to — we do not control third-party AI providers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must:

• ▸Be at least 18 years of age
• ▸Provide accurate and complete registration information
• ▸Maintain the security of your account credentials
• ▸Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• ▸Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• ▸Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• ▸Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
• ▸We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice
• ▸Disputed charges must be raised within 60 days of the billing date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ✕Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or harassing
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our prompt frameworks or system prompts
• ✕Resell or redistribute platform outputs as a competing service without written agreement
• ✕Automate access to the platform in a way that circumvents usage limits
• ✕Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• ✕Introduce malware, spam, or any disruptive code into the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, its frameworks, UI, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Elite Vision Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the raw prompts you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your prompts solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. Engineered prompt outputs are yours to use freely.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-enhanced prompts will produce any specific result on third-party platforms. Output quality, accuracy, and suitability for your use case are your responsibility to evaluate. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Vision Group's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or its users. You may cancel your account at any time from the Account settings page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
